For over twenty years I have practiced as a massage therapist, fine tuning the energy modalities of Cranial Sacral, Reiki, Chakra balancing, and energy/ vibrational therapies. I know that we can hold negative emotions in our bodies, muscles, connective tissue and in our energy field causing a disruption, leading to distress.
