I’ve spent the last 6 years studying, learning, and experiencing the layers of human potential and the connection of what “mind, body, soul” really entails.
What I’ve learned is that the connection between the heart, the brain, and the quantum field is one trip that I’ll always be on!
To rewind though, let me say hi - I'm Natalie! Here's a glimpse of how I got here. I was raised in Maryland as a female athlete where my relationship with mind + body began.
I learned early on that I was pretty athletic and I quite literally ran with that identity. I was safe of embarrassment, being made fun, and isolation - for the most part. I received attention, recognition, and "love" for being good and for the most part I had fun doing it too.
As it continued, I would go from sprinting in the mud at lacrosse practice straight to 50 toe-touch backflips at competitive cheer practice - leaving little space for anything new, old, or uncomfy. Eventually I (very subtly) became disconnected to myself through the accumulation of my identity, mistakes, fear of rejection, and a solid amount of judgement.
Little did I know that following my D1 lacrosse career at Syracuse University to then cheering for the NFL was part of my journey that would later evolve into my conscious awakening. I planted new roots in Southern California where I live and continue deepening my internal and external practice using ancient wisdom, science, energetics & the physical body as the primary tools of connection with the field of consciousness.
The tools that I practice with are practical, profound, and teachable to everyone from leaders of the world to underserved children. These tools may be simple but they sure can make an impact on you and this world. Hope to share space with you soon!
